How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 6-10 days across the UK. Some items may ship from international warehouses, which may slightly extend delivery times.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom. Stay tuned — more countries will be added soon!
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility — unless the item was defective or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
How do I request a return?
